SkycladSound on Discord pointed out that the M3 frequency has the potential to go continuously "from vibrato to dalek to cybermen to kiloherz, but currently can not because the lower bound is arbitrarily 13.75 Hz. You can get around that limitation with macros, but maybe a more user-friendly behavior would be to have the parameter be extensible.

I propose normal range from 20 hz to 5khz, extended range from near-DC to near-nyquist. That'd break stuff, so revisit for XT2.

We can do this with Extend Range right now, and then just change to max range in XT2.
