and we still use it in SurgeStorage

use the [NSBlahDeBlah] and link objective c there instead.

surge-synthesizer/sst-plugininfra#7 that fixes it in plugininfra

so just bind those APIs in in place of the goop in SurgeStorage

- Rework the SurgeStorage resoultion. Closes surge-synthesizer#5097
- Temporarily modify the abuot screen retaining and
  expanding the 1.0 bug in surge-synthesizer#5825
