from kvr:

Logic preset saving is not working properly.
if I give a patch a new name then edit another field like Category or Creator,
it reverts the name to what it was originally (eg Init SAW) - does the same
with category changes - also it changes the Creator to the same name
as the patch when reloaded.
Also I can't see where the preset has been saved to - there is nothing
in the folder 'patches_user' so not sure where they have gone.
Doesn't help that the company name has been changed to VmbA - it
means if I save as AUpreset patches get saved to the wrong location
now.

At least for me my user patches are saved in ~/documents/surge

I can't reproduce the first thing with names reverting. Can we get better steps for what exactly the error is?

The second is just a simple one line error in the code. I have a fix I will sweep in now.

Seems this is now more accurately reported in #231 so closing here (although one of the two bugs reported here was fixed in the PR above).

is the Creator. This fixes the second issue in surge-synthesizer#186.
