when running ./build-osx.sh --clean-all
the results are pretty, uhh, uninformative. I'm guessing note: Using new build system is vst2, the second note: Using new build system is vst3, and the third note: Using new build system is AU?

also, how come AU is built last? :-o

note: Using new build system

** CLEAN SUCCEEDED **

As noted in surge-synthesizer#176, clean cleaned, but it was a bit oblique about
the actions it was taking. So add a few echos. Also, if you don't
have xcode assets, don't build them just so you can clean them.

I just pushed a few echoes. I also fixed the bug you hadn't found yet, which is if you do a clean-all twice it rebuilds the Xcode assets so it can run clean and delete them again! I just merged it in in #178
