In the picture, brighter blue Sync slider means it's modulated by LFO1, and brighter blue Sub Level slider means it's modulated by LFO 2.

Regular blue slider just means that a parameter is modulated by one or multiple modulators that are not currently selected.

Lighter blue color of the slider matches the same blue of the selected modulator tab (#2E86FE). Not sure if the lighter part is made with transparency or a solid color, but that one is #94BEFA.
