As discussed in #1385 the LFO Step Sequence is the last non-vector bit of the Surge 1.6 UI. It's a bit of a pain to fix, but at least post #1385 it is factored into a single spot so it is manageable. Rather than vectorize with that issue, let me just add this issue here so I don't forget.

Now that the Vectors work in Linux, Vectorize the step sequencer.
