modulation display tooltip has the natural range but is rather crunched, see here.

But more annoyingly when the natural range is available the type tooltip is still in percent not the natural range

so fix both of these one day

Related to #1316 also and probably do that one first.

Depth slider gets an RMB typein which is in the mdulation
d32c182 
units and consistent with the knobs. Also tidy up the
tooltip a little.

Closes surge-synthesizer#1338
