@sureshjoshi you may have already known this and rejected it or else didn't know and still won't find it suits your needs any better than sourcing the alias, but just in case as an FYI.

I read about BusyBox-esque commands in the docs, but other than making a note to come back to read it in the future, I'd never used it. I definitely didn't know enough to know there was a symlink command, which renders my sourced alias moot.

I do need to circle back and complete a-scie/lift#32, but SCIE=help ./my-scie is useful (or even SCIE=marflar ./my-scie).
