Updated to V3.0
Due to conflicts, had to manually resolve conflicts and cherry pick changes to keep from V2.0 which was what my fork was on with custom changes.
- Moved my summarized README.md to TLDR.md
- Switched to using GitHub Actions artifact flow
- Updated my instructions to use GitHub Actions, etc.
- Remapped keys
- Created branch
