Summary
Make creditnote.go, creditnote/client.go, issuing/dispute/client.go, issuing_card.go, issuing_dispute.go, plan.go, terminal/reader/client.go, and topup/client.go codegen-able., and move
CrediteNoteLineIteminto separate creditnotelineitem.go file.The first two commits are rearranging files and the last is the codegen changes.
