Update all samples to use Stride 4.2.

Description

Also removes Newtonsoft.Json dependency for CSharpIntermediate.

Wouldn't this mean that samples would always use that specific release build instead of the local one (as long as local is < 4.3) ? Previously they would have been auto-upgraded to the version the engine opening them is on, whether the engine is local or release, right ?

Good point. I'll have a look and if that's an issue, fixup the version to 4.2.0.1.

edit: doesn't seem to be an issue to open with local dev. On the opposite, fixing the version to 4.2.0.1 forces another upgrade when opening with the official release.

But maybe that's for the best, otherwise we might not be able to create from the samples and test with the local version (as it would resolve with the release one).
