Note that it is partially affected by tilezen/vector-datasource#977 - so some untranslated names are result of an upstream bug, not a problem with this PR. It is generally not affecting SC as these broken names appear on low zoom levels. |

This PR fixes #664. Every name on the map is now displayed is the users local language.
