Tracing: Improve langsmith Input and Output Support

This PR advances the LangSmith tracing integration by refining the inputs and outputs captured during tracing.

This PR depends on tmc#1069 to be merged

Key Features

Enhancements:

• Format Inputs for LangSmith rendering in Markdown.
• Enable llms.Model to define custom tracing outputs.

Backward Compatibility

No breaking changes have been introduced. Tracing is optional and does not affect existing functionality when disabled.
