Chore: (Docs) Updates for CSF3

With this pull request, the documentation and snippets are updated for CSF3.

Addresses #15519

What was done:

• Migrated all the existing snippets for CSF3 construct factoring in TypeScript: Re-structure types for frameworks and presets #18504 (some examples will require additional polish at a later date)
• Removed unused snippets spread around the docs
• Added missing information to the docs related to CSF 3 features (e.,g custom render functions)
