Currently interactions debugger is disabled by default. Let's enable it by default.

If lots of bugs come in and we can't fix in time, we can always revert this before the final release.

Yo-ho-ho!! I just released https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/releases/tag/v7.0.0-beta.48 containing PR #21088 that references this issue. Upgrade today to the @next NPM tag to try it out!

npx sb@next upgrade --prerelease
