While the full 'SHA3-256,SHA256,SHA1,MD5' seems to be open-iscsi defaults, turned out that legacy tgtd only accepts 'SHA1,MD5'. For some reason automatic fallback to other algorithms in the list doesn't really work in the downstream libiscsi, returning failure right away.
This module often doesn't get autoloaded even by iscsid or iscsiadm.
