It would good to have backup/restore options to backup settings.

I guess I could provide a rather simple JSON import/export. Just have to remember to put the current version into the export, so imports can be run through the migration.

When implementing this, #30 should also kept in mind, optimally the code to export/import should "just work" with Firefox Sync storage as well.
