--freqto st-info and st-util.Added option
--hot-plugto st-info. It allows to get information about the target without stop the program execution.Changed the frequency parsing algorithm. Added the ability to set an arbitrary frequency since ST-Link/v3 does not have a predefined list of frequencies.
