Email notifications not working

Recently subscribed to a thread (http://www.stepmania.com/forums/news/show/1776) but never received any notification after a new reply was made. Not sure whether the notifications come with a delay or whether it's truly broken?

Yeah, they're broken. I haven't looked into it yet.

It seems that password recovery emails have become broken as well. I had requested them multiple times and nothing came, and for awhile I thought maybe I misremembered registering. However, when I tried to register again, my email was indeed taken. I found my profile on the site as well. It's just never sending me emails.
