What
Add xdr and env version to version subcommand output.
Why
So that when using the soroban-cli it is easy to see what versions of the shared dependencies are in use. When we encounter problems we can check if we're using a version of the CLI compatible with the version of RPC, compatible with the version of stellar-core, etc.
