What
Remove update-completed-sprint-on-issue-closed workflow.
Why
It's a hold over from a past time. The devx team isn't using this workflow. The workflow is also using an unpinned third party dependency which is not ideal, so it at least needs updating but would rather simply remove since we aren't using it.
