日本語版マニュアルに変更が入るらしいけど、ひとまずある分だけ英訳しといてプルリク出してから考える

  • Makefileの対応 (sphinx-build gettext, sphinx-intl, ...)
  • pot生成と、potファイルのバージョン管理方法の検討
  • 英訳と校正

add file stanakGH-19 翻訳元となる*.poファイルの追加

* $ make pot で最新の _gettext/*.pot を生成、 source/locale/**/*.po の更新が必要かどうかチェック
* $ make en で en/ 以下に英語版HTMLを生成
* conf.py で sphinx_rtd_theme をimportしているとsphinx-intlがエラーを吐くのでコメントアウト、確かimport不要のはず
* doctrees はビルド用のvolatileな情報を含むバイナリで、公開するHTMLには不要な情報なので.gitignoreに追加
