The convention would be page_size= for all. However, the query would be likely to timeout. For this reason there is an actually limit (do not remember how big it is). For unlimited downloads more complex strategies are required.

Subject: [ecoengine] Page size = all (#169)
After page size of 2000, is there a way to implement an upper level of "all" records in a query if there are more than 2000 without breaking it?
