oki, v78 is out, and all 3 github OS runners are on 77.2, so merging |

Also bumped it to v0.10 just to keep updating cleaner. Will release too. |

I think this shouldn't be merged just yet because most github runners don't have v1.77 yet... Maybe when v1.78 or v1.79 come out?
