ROX-22549: Remove excessive labels for the addon metric

Description

I realized that I misused the label concept in Prometheus. From the docs:

CAUTION: Remember that every unique combination of key-value label pairs represents a new time series, which can dramatically increase the amount of data stored. Do not use labels to store dimensions with high cardinality (many different label values), such as user IDs, email addresses, or other unbounded sets of values.

Basically, every label brings an extra dimension. Because of that I can't build the graph I want.

Checklist (Definition of Done)

• Unit and integration tests added
• Added test description under Test manual
• Documentation added if necessary (i.e. changes to dev setup, test execution, ...)
• CI and all relevant tests are passing
• Add the ticket number to the PR title if available, i.e. ROX-12345: ...

• Add secret to app-interface Vault or Secrets Manager if necessary
• RDS changes were e2e tested manually

• (If applicable) Changes to the dp-terraform Helm values have been reflected in the addon on integration environment
