ROX-23252: Add email sender to build and push

Description

Add email sender service to build and push in app-interface. App-interface is setup to do so

Checklist (Definition of Done)

• Unit and integration tests added
• Added test description under Test manual
• Documentation added if necessary (i.e. changes to dev setup, test execution, ...)
• CI and all relevant tests are passing
