Half of the work towards #32. With three major changes:

  • Based on React 15.5.
  • Using null as the default value / empty value.
  • With a default strategy for entities.
  • With new nomenclature for entity-related code.

I have also updated all of the code to use the Draft.js 0.10 API, with contentState, although that's not strictly related.
