For a workaround, add the following to your dependency management

<dependencyManagement>
	<dependencies>
		<dependency>
			<groupId>org.springframework.vault</groupId>
			<artifactId>spring-vault-core</artifactId>
			<version>2.3.0</version>
		</dependency>
	</dependencies>
</dependencyManagement>
