Table backup incomplete

I am using v6 in a legacy application and seem to have an issue with the backup of a single database table.

When I restore the .sql via TablePlus. all other tables appear ok and the number of rows match is identical. 17 tables good, 1 table incomplete.

The table is the users table - alphabetically, it's the final table in the database (not sure this is relevant but wanted to note).

The table has ~1800 rows but only 300 are being exported.

The .sql dump file is 108.4mb

I have increased the backup time thinking this could be the cause but it doesn't seam to have made any difference

Any guidance on where to look next would be appreciated.

I think I have posted too soon here. Having opened the .sql file I can see the table isn't truncated, it appears to be an issue restoring the table via TablePlus.
