Spack Monitor v2.0.1

Spack Monitor v2.0.0 is a refactored version from 1.0.0 intended to be deployed on Kubernetes (or still docker-compose if desired). The design was different enough to warrant a version bump. The 2.x series will likely be the last to support uploading entire logs, and 3.x and on is being developed to support online machine learning.

Spack Monitor v1.0.0

Spack Monitor Version 1.0.0 is designed for the version of spack before merge of this PR spack/spack#22845 into develop that changed the default format of specs from yaml to json, and also the structure. Since Spack Monitor mirrors this structure in the database, these versions are likely to have some variance. If you are using spack before this merge, you should use this release. If you are using it after, look for the latest release or main branch.
