@jjnesbitt I'll wait for your approval before applying this to production because Karpenter 0.36.0 changes the name of one of the prometheus metrics used in the analytics processor. 952da78. So that's something to keep an eye on once this is merged. |

This completes #919 and upgrades karpenter up to the latest available release. I applied this on staging and it works as expected.
