LuaZMQ

ZeroMQ binding for Lua

This binding relies on ZeroMQ 4.x.x+ C API! (Currently supports ZeroMQ 4.2 features)

It's divided into low level C++ part and high level Lua part. Therefore there are two files luazmq.dll (luazmq.so) and zmq.lua.

Dependencies

To build and use LuaZMQ successfully you need:

  • A standards-compliant C++11 complier
  • Lua 5.1.x or LuaJIT 2.0.x+
  • CMake 3.1+

This project contains all required library dependencies except Lua library.

Building

  • cd build
  • cmake ..
  • Correct Lua library and includes path if needed
  • Open project file and compile project using your prefered compiler

Usage

Req part without polling
