This PR is to update
tests/common/plugins/conditional_mark/tests_mark_conditions.yamlto skiptestIPIPQosSaiDscpToPgMappingandtest_dscp_to_queue_mapping_pipe_modeas the configuration is modified by these test cases but not recovered. It caused test failure for other test cases.Issue #12906
