I have some issue with this:

  • The changelog of the PR 67e4abe need to be done manually now.
  • The are no real "bug" fixes. It was just a deprecation solved.
  • It's been one year since the 4.0 was released. We should send a message that the 3.x branch is abandoned and people should migrate.
  • They can still target 3.x-dev.
