Vial QMK firmware for ItsyBitsy RP2040 MCU updated with rotary encoder map feature and data-driven configuration with info.json. UF2 for flashing compiled from the rp2040-fix2 branch of vial-qmk.

Added flat case revision.

No PCB changes.
