Not respond

I try this code. and run localhost(127.0.0.1:5000), but chatbot is not respond!
what i do? please help me.

Once you are done cloning the repository and downloading the requirements, run python main.py.
The output should be something like this :

 * Environment: production
   WARNING: Do not use the development server in a production environment.
   Use a production WSGI server instead.
 * Debug mode: on
 * Running on http://0.0.0.0:5000/ (Press CTRL+C to quit)
 * Restarting with stat
 * Debugger is active!
 * Debugger PIN: 204-682-304

Go to this link http://0.0.0.0:5000/ written in the 4th * point. Your chatbot should be there. Hope this helps.

In the file main.py, you have to replace with

if name == "main":
app.run(host='127.0.0.1', debug=True)
