This PR adds
CPS::SP:Ph1::Transformer3Wmodel into the SP domain components and implements its CIM reader support. This PR addresses to include the model into thePFSolverfor now, however it's highly desirable to implement it usage in DP and EMT domains.A simple Cxx example is added at
Examples/Cxx/CIM/Slack_Trafo3W_Gen_Load.cpp, the related CIM files (using 3-winding transformer), are attached in this PR for validation purposes might be added at https://git.rwth-aachen.de/acs/public/grid-data/cim-grid-data/-/tree/master/BasicGrids/PowerFactorySlack_Trafo3W_PowerFlow.zip
