Scarb eject: https://github.com/software-mansion-labs/scarb-eject

Recent changes to ProjectConfig introduced field dependencies. This field lists crate dependencies. It should be outputted by scarb-eject to support new project config structure.

Adding --no-dependencies flag which skips dependencies for compatibility with older compiler releases.
