Hi,
First off I want to say thanks so much for #176, before that I had my own fork that had removed boost as a dependency and I'm happy to ditch that.
These are the two minor things I had to do in order to get the 2.x branch compiling with VS 2019 / v142, I just wanted to let the maintainers know, and that otherwise very happy that this library exists in a form based on standalone asio.
