Currently Factotum adheres to the CLICOLOR environment variable provided by the colored crate, but it'd be nice to specify a --no-color option as originally described

We may improve tooling around displaying these colours.

All commands can now have their ANSI terminal formatting switched
off by adding the `--no-colour` switch.
