The pull request includes:

adjustment to the API changes in linode,
ability to configure script from .conf file,
ability to specify domain and hostname. The required DOMAINID and RESOURCEID are determined dynamically (No need to hunt the IDs from web UI anymore),
updated documentation (further edits might be needed)
