Just ran php artisan app:install and received the following error.

I think you installed while I was in the middle of breaking something. This code shouldn't be necessary. Hang tight - fixing something else I broke, but will get back to this.

I assume you ran the migration as well?

Yeah, those migrations were run. I had a feeling you probably had something
in your local copy.
