… provides '--save_calculations' parameter. Updated both significance testing functions. Removed '--x_label' parameter, improving the diversity nomenclature in figures as well as significance test outputs. Updated imports. Updated '--image_type' parameter for usage clarity while specifying image type for saving figures.
