Lesson 09 - New version error/difficulty in register new "Upkeep" keepers...

I'm at the staging test in lesson 09. To do the staging test we need to register chainlink upkeep.
In this tutorial Mr. @PatrickAlphaC used this link to register. And the chainlink webpage was like this.

So, How to register the contract for upkeep now? When I selected time-based there were new questions to register. And I'm bit confused... So, How to fix this?

@uzair011 If you select Custom Logic, this should lead you to a page exactly similar to the page shown on the youtube video. Here's a screenshot -
