Description

Enhanced the CLI to also have aliases for certain flags that may be (depending on the version of npm / npx) problematic (i.e., conflicting with flags of the underyling runner - for instance registry is also a flag from npm / npx).

Introduced improvements for piral-blazor to support additional parameters - for instance to order things.

Remarks

This is mostly geared to make working with Piral.Blazor more convenient.
