Make it available on open-vsx

Hello !

Ffirst, thanks for this wonderful theme, I've been using it for quite some time now and it is by far the theme that makes me the most comfortable while coding :)

I open this ticket to ask you if you plan on making this theme available on https://open-vsx.org ?
As I've switch from a Windows to a Linux environment, I'm no longer using Microsoft Visual Studio Code, but instead the open-source version VSCodium. For legal reasons VSCodium could no longer use Microsoft Marketplace for Visual Studio Code, and they switched to use an open marketplace : open-vsx (see VSCodium/vscodium#404)
