To Reproduce
服务器地址：http://test-plus.zhibocloud.cn/

登录管理后台，进入积分设置-配置
充值选项清空后提交；这时获取接口没有了相关充值选项，正常
再次进入积分设置-配置设置充值选项，增加 : 1,10,100
点击提交，提示成功,刷新页面后，充值选项由

希望：
配置成功后就变成对应配置的值
