- add missing `prettier` package and packages for working with `tslint` - fixed `tslint` config - add `lint` command

Hi, I would like to make this project more clean with several PRs, so I decided to start with fixing codestyle. Here I've added missing packages
prettierandtslint(and their cooperations), because there is prettier and tslint configs already in the project, and I've fixed all the sources with it.This PR affects only source codes so you don't have to publish new version
