Fix results of S15 SuFi G44, S16 Testing Lczero 30pct G67

The following had incorrect results:
- master-archive/TCEC_Season_15_-_Superfinal.pgn Round 44.1
- master-archive/TCEC_Season_16_-_Testing_Lczero_30pct_Vs_Divp.pgn
  Round 5.3

The root cause for these is likely an inconsistency between PGN result
tag and the result in the PGN text in the source material. (See
issue TCEC-Chess#25)

In both cases, the correct result is draw after manual adjudication.

Also re-sync master-archive/TCEC_Season_13_-_Division_P.pgn. The double
blank line in the PGN has been fixed in web archive.
