Q - What systems are supported by TFPS
A - Any system compatible with Asterisk, FreeSwitch, OpenSIPS, Kamailio and Yate. Any phone system supporting SIP redirects or HTTP restful interface. Some limitations may apply to systems not capable to send the original IP to tfps.

Q - If a hacker send a thousand calls in an attack, I will have to pay for all the traffic.
A - Yes, however you can block the IP in your PBX just after the attack. You may use fail2ban integrated with TFPS.

Q - Does the system provide 100% protection against frauds?
A - No product can claim 100% effectiveness, certain calls before the detection will pass. Most customers have a reduction in fraud charges of more than 99%.

Q - Do you offer an insurance against toll fraud?
A - No, the service is licensed AS IS, we don't assume any responsibility for lost profits, charges or fees. Similar to an antivirus, there is no way to assure you will never get hacked. Even large companies have a hard time keeping hackers out of the system.
